pH paper comes with pH test kits, in rolls between five and 15 feet. You can order refills when your kit runs out of paper, instead of having to reorder an entirely new kit. Many people prefer to order pH paper before they order any other supplements, because it makes sense to find out where your body falls on the pH scale before you try to fix any deficits.

What you may discover is that your pH level is at the 7.4-7.5 mark, which is ideal for disease prevention.
